Terms and Conditions – 28 Days Free Remote Support
- The free trial is for unlimited remote support (see point 4) during office hours of 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri for a period of 28 days valid from completion of registration.
- Any support required outside of these times will incur a consultation fee.
- If you require any additional services from ZebraHosts outside of Remote IT Support a fee would be applicable.
- Support will only be available for servers, desktop PCs, laptops and for Windows XP/Vista, Windows Server 2003 & 2008 software running on these systems
- There is a 25 system limit per registration.
- Support will only be given to systems based at the office location specified in the registration process.
- All issues reported by telephone or e-mail must be done so by the designated contact whose details were given at registration
- An alternative contact name for reporting issues can be provided by written notification (e-mail, letter, fax) which includes the company letterhead.
- ZebraHosts reserves the right to refuse the provision of support where it finds that information given during registration was incorrect.
- ZebraHosts reserves the right to refuse service or withdraw the offer at any stage.
- ZebraHosts does not accept liability for any data lost during the free trial period.
- You will be notified when the trial period has ended and given information on receiving continuing support from ZebraHosts Ltd.
