     Location

The location of the media storage safes is inside a purpose built, secure & climate controlled data centre approximately 80 meters above sea level preventing risk of flood.

       Types of media

Our safes are capable of storing all common types of media (e.g. CD's, Tapes, Floppy Disks, Hard Drives) if you are unsure whether we can store your media then please call us and we will discuss this with you.

  Support

As the location of the safes is within our data centre, there is always a team of dedicated and qualified engineers and a support team  to help your with any needs or queries.

   Fire protection

The Swedish data protection test NT FIRE 017-120 Diskette requires a temperature of 1050°C to be maintained over 2 hours. Our safes restrict internal temperatures to only 39°C, thereby exceeding the minimum test required by 25%. All safes are compliant to this exacting standard.

   Security

Safes are located within a secure alarmed data centre covered by CCTV. All personnel are logged and monitored. There is no unauthorised access to protected data.

     Access

Access can be granted at anytime during office hours. If access is needed outside of normal office hours, then a 24 hour notification period is needed to make the appropriate arrangements.
