Newcastle based datacentre ZebraHosts is leaving its competition 'out for the count' after another successful win.

The company ended 2007 with a knock-out 20% increase in turnover and is beginning 2008 as heavyweights, thanks to securing more new work.

The company, which has been growing steadily for the last five years, has secured another title from Newcastle based SUMO, the leading graphic design consultancy, after it employed its services for the third time.

The company has agreed a contract that will see ZebraHosts providing server hosting and back up solutions to the dynamic development department of the successful design and web agency.

ZebraHosts will manage the server hardware and operating systems, enabling the department to increase the turn-around time on its development work through improvements to speed and efficiency.

Managing Director of SUMO Jim Richardson said "We first worked with ZebraHosts back in Summer 2006. Since then the quality and customer service we've received has kept us coming back and developed the relationship to a one of mutual trust and understanding of our needs."

He continued, "The rack mounted server and back up solutions we have purchased with the company will allow us to work quickly and efficiently on live projects with the peace of mind of knowing the server is hosted externally, constantly managed and a contingency and back up solution is in place, with experts on hand 24/7 should we need them."

The recent contract will be the third time the company’s have worked together and as Belinda Kent, Strategic Account Director explains, growing relationships with existing clients is what is leading to the success ZebraHosts is currently enjoying, "Being able to maintain the relationships we already have with our clients, and having the opportunity to offer them increased solutions as their needs expand is very rewarding.
